Our sister company 1FirstAid1 run Rescue Emergency Care (REC) First Aid courses in North Wales and other areas of the UK by request.

1FirstAid1 have chosen to use REC First Aid Training as it has a very 'hands on' approach to training. This gives First Aiders a taste of real life incidents and inspires confidence to deal with emergencies, giving quality assistance when it is most needed.

During our courses we make use of practical scenarios staged outside, which help participants to fully understand the implications of real emergency situations in the outdoors. Our carefully chosen venues in North Wales have excellent outdoor areas to facilitate this.

1FirstAid1 currently run two separate REC First Aid Courses:

• REC Standard First Aid - 1 day course
• REC Emergency Outdoor First Aid - 2 day course

Both certificates are valid for 3 years.

The REC Emergency Outdoor First Aid course is approved and recognised by MBLA (was SMBLA) for TCL & MBL, MLTB (ML summer and winter), RYA, BASI, ASSI, BCU, BOF and most other NGB's (National Governing Bodies).

1FirstAid1's REC First Aid Trainer is Jon Collins. Jon is also an MBLA Tutor for 1MTB1.
